En una etapa crucial de su formación, próxima a culminar y con una alta carga de prácticas docentes, resulta esencial comprender cómo los futuros maestros gestionan sus estados afectivos, la tolerancia a la frustración y el estrés inherente a la profesión. El estudio busca identificar las estrategias que los estudiantes reportan utilizar para modular sus emociones, así como las creencias que tienen sobre la influencia de la inteligencia emocional en su rol como educadores. Se explorará la relación entre la percepción de su propia competencia emocional y su capacidad para establecer un clima de aula positivo durante sus intervenciones. Los hallazgos aportarán información valiosa para diseñar e implementar intervenciones psicoeducativas específicas que fortalezcan el bienestar emocional y las habilidades socioemocionales de los normalistas, preparándolos mejor para los desafíos de la docencia.
