A partir de la experiencia en la práctica docente, se implementaron actividades grupales donde los alumnos aprendieron a trabajar en equipo, a valorar las diferencias y a apoyarse mutuamente en la resolución de tareas académicas. Se observó que esta metodología favorece no solo el desarrollo cognitivo, sino también habilidades sociales como la empatía, la escucha activa, la responsabilidad compartida y el respeto por el otro. El trabajo colaborativo permitió integrar a estudiantes con distintas necesidades educativas al ritmo del grupo, fomentando una participación activa e igualitaria. Además, se fortaleció el sentido de pertenencia dentro del aula, lo que contribuyó a mejorar el clima escolar. Se concluye que formar docentes capaces de implementar estrategias colaborativas es clave para avanzar hacia una educación más inclusiva, equitativa y humana.
