Text Any textual data included in the document El presente trabajo analiza la aplicación del modelo conductista como herramienta pedagógica para intervenir en conductas problemáticas y fortalecer el rendimiento académico de los alumnos en educación primaria. Durante la práctica profesional, se implementaron técnicas propias de este enfoque, como el uso de reforzamiento positivo, extinción, moldeamiento y economía de fichas, con el objetivo de fomentar comportamientos adecuados y hábitos de estudio. El estudio parte de la observación de conductas disruptivas que interferían con el aprendizaje individual y colectivo, y cómo, mediante la intervención conductista, fue posible generar cambios significativos en el ambiente del aula. Asimismo, se evalúa cómo estas modificaciones en la conducta inciden directamente en el nivel de atención, participación y desempeño académico de los estudiantes. La investigación permite reflexionar sobre la importancia de que los docentes en formación conozcan y utilicen diferentes enfoques teóricos para atender las diversas necesidades conductuales y académicas presentes en el aula.
